Lenore Wetzel

Creative Director

“It is never too late to be what we might have been.” George Eliot

Lenore is an accomplished Creative Director with a proven record of achieving superior results in brand strategy and development for a diverse clientele. She’s expert at managing creative projects, from initial concept to completion, in both the political and manufacturing/retail sectors.

With over 15 years of experience, Lenore is well versed in the political campaign world. She has produced award winning designs in both the digital and print collateral space, spanning the gamut of campaigns from local school board races to high level international campaigns.

Her career as a Creative Director officially launched in 2004, as Brand Manager and Senior Designer, for 3E Trading, LLC (currently known as TMD Holdings, LLC), located in Pittsburgh, PA. The company develops and manufactures licensed products for retailers such as: Spencer’s, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Target, Walmart, Ross, and T.J. Maxx.

After three years of successfully developing hundreds of original products and packaging for over 30 licensed and generic brands, she spent another seven years expanding her portfolio in grocery retail via private label brand packaging. As Package Design Manager for Giant Eagle, Inc., she controlled the development and management of 11,000+ edible and inedible items under several private label brand banners. Through use of her intricate network of industry contacts and resources, Lenore was able to implement several significant, cost-saving processes for the company, affiliates, and vendors.

When she's not busy providing effective design solutions, you can find Lenore shredding the gnar in her whitewater kayak. Her hobbies include: crocheting and knitting; spending time with her dogs (Miss Ava, a Chihuahua-Dachshund Mix; and Ash, an Australian Cattle Dog / e.g. Blue Heeler); and traveling in search of her next great adventure.
